This is a 20- to 30-minute call where I get to understand your business, your challenges, and what you’re looking to automate. You are busy, and I am busy, that is my reasoning behind keeping this call short. My goal here is twofold:


  1. Assess Fit – Can I actually help you achieve what you need? I only take on projects where I can deliver real value.
  2. Understand Your Workflow – What tasks are eating up your time? Where are the bottlenecks? How does your current system operate?


During this conversation, I’ll ask questions like:

- What are the most repetitive tasks in your business?

- Are you using any automation tools already?

- What’s the ideal outcome you’re looking for?


If we both feel like it’s a good fit, we move to the next step. If not, I’ll gladly point you in the right direction.




Step 2: Proposal, Scope, and Payment Discussion – Setting Expectations

Once we’ve established that I can provide the solutions you need, I’ll put together a detailed proposal outlining:


- The automation solutions I’ll implement

- The expected outcomes

- A rough timeline for completion

- Pricing and payment structure


At this stage, transparency is key. I’ll break down how we structure payments—whether it’s a flat project fee, milestone-based payments, or a retainer for ongoing automation support.

If everything looks good, we finalize the agreement, and you secure your project slot with an initial payment.




Step 3: Onboarding & Deep Dive – Gathering Data & Mapping Out the System

During this phase, we’ll also set clear milestones so you know when to expect updates and deliverables.




Step 4: Development & Initial Demo – Bringing Automation to Life

Now, it’s time to build.


This phase includes:

  • Scripting & Workflow Automation – Writing the necessary scripts, API integrations, or automation sequences.

  • Demo & Feedback – I’ll walk you through the first working version of the automation, gathering your feedback to refine and improve.


At this stage, if any tweaks are needed, we make them before moving to the final implementation.




Step 5: Final Delivery & Training – Handing Over a Fully Automated System

Once everything is fine-tuned and tested, it’s time for the final rollout.


This includes:

  • Full Implementation – Deploying the automation into your business operations.
  • Training & Documentation – I provide step-by-step guides or live training to ensure you and your team know how to use and manage the system.
  • Final Payment & Handover – Once everything is working as expected, we finalize the project.

But I don’t just disappear after delivery.
